Our stay was fine but too high of price for this hotel. Very old building, smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires, taps in the jet tub were wobbly and not secured to the tub.

It met my needs
The staff are excellent
Rooms are nice
Bed is ok.

The bedroom window was completely blocked by a large
a/c unit in the case of a fire there would of been no way out for the occupants.
The hotel would not accept our CAA or Seniors discount.
Would not recommend to anyone.

Dear Louise, so sorry for the unusual experience. The fire department of Rouyn come every year, it is a safe building. The best rate available are always on phone with us.

It was very pleasant. The AC was a bit noisy, but other than that it was enjoyable.

Very clean.
Location a bit noisy because of bars in neighborhood

Great hotel but could ger balcony or patio. Even some benches in front of the hotel would be great to sit and relax!!
Walking distance to all amenities is a plus😎👍
