"The hotel is good and price is good. No issues with the parking at all.Good location.Only problem is very small pillows and as there is no reception on Saturday (after 1p.m.) and not at all on Sunday you cannot get any extra pillow. The cleaning staff does not speak English and cannot assist."

"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"

"+ Easy check-in and receptionist spoke good English. Hotel collected deposit of 300 Euros. - Double bed much too small for two people. Sofabed so squeaky that it will likely wake up the whole room if you move at all. - Aircondition in room - but not working. - Showerhead could not be fastened. Waterboiler for coffee/tea did not work. Poor cleaning. - Most of the time I could only get one device connected to wifi ("maximum number of devices reached". - Front desk closed at 7 pm. +...

"Die Anlage ist wunderschön, vor allem sehr ruhig (wir waren im Juni) hier. Allerdings ist Anlange auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Standard der Appartements ist sauber, gepflegt aber einfach. Wir hatten ein App. zu zweit für 4-6 Personen, allerdings mit zwei Kindern wird es sehr eng. Das Kinderzimmer sind extrem klein und hat KEIN Fenster. Wir haben es nur als Abstellraum benutzt. Sehr angenehm war der tägliche Baguette und Croissant Service an der Rezeption. Exceptional, luxurious resort?

"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. Our rooms and all of the many restaurants, spa experiences, and views were exceptional. Above all, the concierge service was fantastic from advising us before our stay, during our stay, to offering us navigation For our departure. I would highly recommend this property or any in the Arielle family of luxury resorts. We departed with welcome gifts that we will cherish forever. The only downside was having to compare our next hotels to La Bastide de Gordes!"
