The property was beautiful!! And the folks at the front seat were great!!! The car elevator and parking is a bit small! Hotel is in a great location!

Very attentive staff and very nice property. Beds were big and comfortable and baths well appointed. If you're driving like we were, hotel has the perfect location to easily walk the highlights of Rouen (basically at front door), and offers easy parking as well as access in and out of Rouen. And for those who are Flaubert fans, you'll simply love the special touches.

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always comfortable, convenient, clean, and hospitable. What more could you ask for? A giant statue of Flaubert and a couple stuffed parrots? Well, let me tell you: it’s got that too.

Centrally-located hotel
Posted 22 Sep 2024 on HotelsI had a lovely one-night stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom was nice. The hotel is well-situated, and made walking to all the cultural activities in Rouen very easy. I didn't have a car, but one is definitely not needed.
