New door locks please!
Posted 8 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe door locks need to be replaced!! I spent up to ten minutes sometimes fumbling with the key card, pretty high stress.
Staff might of been a little microaggressive, I’m not sure though. Hotel staff are pretty sneaky with their microaggressions.

This is clean, comfortable hotel within easy walking distance from the train station. it's also very near the historic part of Rouen. I stayed on two different occasions on a recent trip to France, and both stays were pleasant.
