Great views and spacious apartment. Shower needed cleaned and probably replaced.

Good location, near shopping and transportation. Clean rooms, nice view from wall to wall glass.

We have previously enjoyed stays at the property and were shocked at how shabby our apartment was. The overall condition of the building was poor and badly in need of repair/decoration/cleaning. The flat was generally in need of a good clean and the balcony so dirty we did not use it. Very disappointed. Will not be back!

This property located at Lijbaan shopping center with tons of store. Transportation is convenient, and walking distance in less than 1 minutes. I like the property with two sides corner window doors and balcony. It is executive apartment setting with modern kitchen and decor.
Cons: no A/C. The unit is hot. Yiu have to open patio doors to cool but the mosquitos comes in to bite you. The worse is the bedding. The comforter in the closet has many yellow stains and orange stains. The maid did not bother to out comforter into duvet. There is no summery blanket. It makes the sleeping experience a nightmare.

We had an amazing stay at Urban Residences, the location was prefect with local amenities at our door step. The view was amazing, the studio was large it was everything we needed. The only negative comments I have some of the furniture was a little worn and there was a big crack on the floor.
