Everything is okay, just sugguest the stuff could do better about arranging properties to different kinds of customers. Such as better not arrange the family with little kids between two groups of young people, can't stand neighbours' noises at middle night.

Good reliable place but was disappointed the SKY TV did not work this time. It is also due for a renovation as the upstairs rooms are still without curtains.

Everything is good, but the room temperature was too hot when weather was nice.

Lovely clean, warm & tidy unit, with a spa. Unfortunately the pump for the spa wasnt working. Problems with the wifi also.
Overall lovely staff and premises. Will definitely come back. Thank you

Room was a little rundown and quite dark but it had a small private hot tub that I didn’t even know came with the room (added bonus). Staff are very friendly and the guest thermal pool was amazing. Carpark was perfect (right outside our room). Everything seemed fitting for the price.. I would stay there again.
