For the price paid - no sky tv , no tv main room . Low on towels, no bathroom soaps. Low on toilet paper . Sign saying there will be a charge of 50 dollars if dishes were not washed . House wasn’t very tidy . Kitchen stunk . No one to come maintain the rooms . Should of had a daily cleaner . Very disappointed. Won’t book again

Do not stay here!
The dirtiest place i have ever seen. There where spiders all over the walls and ceilings. We booked for two nights and didnt stay one. I can't believe we fell for this.
No partial refund was issued or apology or explanation given.
This is the first review i have ever written positive or negative. I felt that people need to know so they dont walk into what we did.

We found this guest review to be irresponsible, misleading, and full of viciousness. This guest checked in at 22:00 and complained at 23:30 about the cobwebs and stain in the fridge, saying they had left the room and were asking for a refund.When we approached to this guest, they said they knew it might not be wise to take unilateral decision of checking out, however they will provide the photos of evidence to justify their concerning, which we held an open attitude and were willing to sort thing out properly.However, there was no any further reply regarding the said photo evidence, and instead, we now see this feedback from them. As a matter of fact, when our housekeeping entered the next morning, we did found the trace of spider in one of the bedroom ceiling corner. However, once you open the window for ventilation purpose, it would be unavoidable to have the spider entered and made a cobweb overnight. Put it this way, this is what New Zealand has to offer.With the above, we can't accept this guest's review here, and we recommend our future guest to check other reviews for a more comprehensive image of this business.

Disappointing stay
Posted 17 Oct 2022 on HotelsLocation was very good but luxury apartment looking very tired. Many lights in kitchen not working. No light on kitchen hob extractor. Some light fittings actually missing in kitchen and stairs. Obvious leak in bathroom wall causing water on floor in toilet.No oven dish to actually use oven.Enough glasses for 5 but beds for 6!! Not enough in luxery appartment. Bathroom extractors poorly functioning- I love steam! Rotorua has so much to offer but not here.Limited maintenance made it look unclean and knocked around

At least it had a garage

We did not find the unit in a clean condition, even after all the warning signs about fines, which are a little off putting. Positives, plenty of room, and manged to squeeze car into garage.

There were no tea towels for doing dishes, the salt and pepper shakers fell apart, the deck was dirty. Other than that we enjoyed the place.
