Cozy apartment with all comfort and a large terrace.
Convenient location in central Rotorua.
Easy parking and Netflix are a big plus

Relaxing property with nice deck with odd selection of furniture and meager continental breakfast. Good location to walk to town, restaurants.

I felt most things in this property, from the kitchen, the furniture, the decking and the decking furniture were old tired and dated. There was no wardrobe, just a hanging rail on wheels, which had to be kept in the lounge due to lack of space in the bedroom. The pictures and the description on the site to not reflect and true condition of the apartment. I was really disappointed with the property.

Despite superficial cleaning, sadly the aged and and worn condition of the apartment (notwithstanding some decorating attempts) contributed to us feeling uncomfortable during our stay (particularly, the aged state of the kitchen cupboards and the shower) ... considering the cost of the accommodation. However, the apartment was spacious.
