Really liked the staff they were cheerful and really helpful the room was perfect for us and we really struggle with beds waking up with stiff backs but that wasn’t the case at Copthorne Rotorua. Thank you staff and Copthorne.

I was required two room next to each other but we end up getting another room on the 1st floor and another room on the 4th floor. I was booking two room together but then seem like the reception have no idea give me only 1 room then I have to ask her again for another room and haven’t tell us much about welcome to hotel when we check in. Also we need to be careful the lift door. It suddenly close and take my daughter up by herself and almost close on my arm when I try to get in. We press the botton to keep it open but it wasn’t working. But overall the room are great and the cleaning staffs are friendly.

Good experience overall, very friendly front staff. Sizable room, although bathroom could need an upgrade.

It was clean and warm and the beds were comfortable, however the breakfast was limited, there was no coffee!
