Clean honest room with all the amenities you would need

There was no staff available when we arrived at 5.30pm. Phoned the number given but it went to voicemail and no one returned the call
The shower did not work and there were no staff available to ask for help

Poor service
Posted 9 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was locked when we arrived. No one was there!! There was a mobile number which we called to be told staff were on their break!!
Apart from this chap who arrived to give us our key. Didnt see anyone. Left our key in room when we were leaving as didnt know what to do with it.Very very poor service.

Angela was wonderful. The man?? not so much. Complained about my having a double booking and canceling twice. I don't know what he was referring to.
