A very bad experience with this hote. The hotel staff said can arrange early check in at 1pm (usually 3pm) but did not mention the extra costs of €25 until at the time of check out. It was unreasonable as we stored our luggage without the need to early check in at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our room had dirty sheets. They moved us to a new room, however, the second room had some minor cleanliness issues also.
Included breakfast buffet and history of hotel was nice. Hotel staff were friendly, but we were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness.

This is a historic hotel with a great location, especially considering the ease of parking. Rooms are quirky - it's a very old building - but comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and breakfast is quite good.

I’ve seen many postcard images of Rothenburg, and now I can say I stayed in a hotel in many of the pictures. We arrived late and the hotel manager was incredibly helpful. She walked me out to the parking area and walked us around the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was great.

What an incredible place to stay. Our view was amazing and the room was perfect. I wish we had stayed longer just to sit in our room and look out the window. I absolutely love this hotel! The breakfast is beyond anything you could ask for and every single item was quality. Parking was easy. Unload your luggage at the hotel and it is a short drive from the hotel to park the car.
This is a must stay hotel!
