The most quaint hotel in the most quaint town. The hotel lobby and dining rooms maintain the old town German feel, while the rooms are modernized and luxurious. We could not recommend this hotel more!!! You will feel like family when you’re there.

The hotel is great!! Staff is very friendly. It’s been family owned for 120 years and you can tell they love it. Breakfast was amazing!! Location is great too. Definitely book this hotel. Unfortunately the Expedia pictures and descriptions of the quad room is not accurate.

The hotel was beautiful. It is in the walled area of city. Walk to everything. Everyone friendly and helpful. Rooms very nice size. Would go back!

Perfection!!! We had the deluxe quadruple suite, room 101 and it was amazing! The breakfast which is included with room was beautiful and there was plenty to eat. The location is in the middle of the beautiful town of Rothenburg. It is a short and easy walk from the train station. The hotel is full of antiques and the historic building is a treat to stay in. Try to have dinner in the restaurant the food is very good! Also, try and stay at least two nights. The town is great to walk around before and after the tour buses arrive and leave.

The family running the hotel is very friendly and helpful, and treated guests with heart. The waffle at breakfast is very delicious.
