Cockroaches
Posted 18 Jul 2024 on HotelsOur room had cockroaches. We complained 3 times to reception. On the 3rd they offered to move us to another room. We did this at midnight with 2 little kids.
We were given an empty bag for the inconvenience.

Nice sized room, staff was very friendly. The restaurant was really nice. Lots of good food options.

Stayed in room 3040 with so much water damage to the bathroom door it prevented privacy when using the toilet. We couldn’t close the door while doing the most private of functions.
The rooms don’t come with a water kettle.

Everything was good. Recommend going in November/ December, we were the only ones in the whole resort ( it seemed like it atleast). Everything was good overall
