The rooms are ok, the shower floor creaked badly, it felt like i was going to drop though the floor, the hallway looks very old

There was a broken outlet and lamp. And when i booked the room it said mobility accessable and we were put on secind floor and no eleavator.

The outlet on the lamp is not broken, sadly the manufacturing company approved them. Secondly you are mistaken there are no handicap rooms on the second floor, we do have on the lower level. If this was an issue I can only wish you requested a downstairs room, subject to availability. Please make sure you request upon arrival a handicap or a lower level room if mobility is an issue. Thank you.

Check in was smooth and quick. Lady was very nice. Hotel could've done with an update but overall, it was a good place for an overnight during our road trip
