The hallway smelled really bad of cigarettes, which made the entry into the room smell. The room was clean but needs to have new bed skirts that aren't ripped.

Dirtiest property ive ever stayed at. The carpet was damp, furniture was damaged, drawers would not stay closed, and the bathroom was disgusting. Toilet had black spots, the amenities were open / used (lotion was half empty). Front desk did nothing to help.

Carpets have holes; property has no elevator to 2nd floor; surfaces were not cleaned in hotel room; no place to set suitcases in room except the floor. Breakfast was horrible: coffee creamer was curdled, no cereal, hot breakfast, juice, and coffee left by 8:30 am. Get there early for breakfast or plan to go elsewhere. Owners do not appear to be maintaining or updating this property.

Upon checking I noticed that the manual deadbolt lock was broken and only the electronic lock was operational and my family's safety is not only important but it's Paramount . Staff refused To reimburses as well as move us rooms without charging us. Staff was Is informed that me and my significant other(prior to payment) had children. Upon complaining over said security issues we were then told that we were going to be charged for having our children stay with us.

Dear Guest, It is our policy to collect the fee for the extras persons that are staying in the room apart from the number of guests that are on the reservation.We accepted to do the reimbursement even though it is not our policy to do it. You have decided to stay over even when we asked to checkout and for the inconvenience that you faced we waived the fee for the extra people and also changed the rooms for no charge. Is it something wrong to follow the rules and regulations of the hotel? Once again sorry for the inconvenience.
