"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. "It was definitely NOT soundproof. We could hear the muffled conversations of people in the room next door and a lot of noise from the street from people who had very much enjoyed the Christmas market gluhwein. "Amazing stay. We did not have a pretty view but spent very little time in our room. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere throughout city from the hotel. The bathroom was large. The decor is fun and bright. We found everything to be clean. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Strasbourg. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the services provided were top-notch. However, I did have one small issue. On my last day, I had to leave early in the morning and was disappointed that there was no option for a breakfast bag to go. It would have been a nice touch to have something to take with me for my early departure."

Nice, but in a super crowded area

"We went to Strasbourg at the height of the Christmas Market season. The Hotel Rohan could not have been more in the center of it. This proved to be both convenient and frustrating. Convenient because you walk out the door to a wonderful winter wonderland of food, gift and drink stalls. Frustrating because it’s sooooo busy, sometimes you have a literal struggle walking down the narrow street to the hotel. As far as the hotel itself, if you’re used to the size of a big city European hotel, you’ll be pleasantly surprised about the size of the rooms. They’re clean and shockingly quiet for a busy location. The check in desk doubles as the bar, so sometimes services in the lobby is slow. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. "
