Direct access to very nice beach. Buffet dinner was good. Pool with fresh water. Close to bus stop. All rooms with terrace.

Check-in was extremely slow. Hotel asked me to sign a tax form that they claimed was standard in Catalonia (we stayed in 5 different hotels in the region, and the other 4 never asked for this), which seems like a scam.
The A/C never worked in the middle of a heat wave in a beach town. Hotel was noisy.

With regard to your comment about the tourism tax, this government fee is quite common in many cities throughout the world and applies to all the hotels at those destinations. We are sorry if this affected the level of satisfaction for your stay with us. We have analysed guest usage to define a set of good environmental practices for our hotels, including the operating times and temperatures for the heating and air conditioning systems. We apologise if this measure interfered with your sleep, but we will take your comment into consideration to ensure the comfort of our guests. We do our best to ensure that the noise levels always stay within the sensible limits so our guests are not disturbed by exterior traffic noise. Sometimes it is impossible to guarantee this as there are going to be moments during the early hours for instance where some traffic noise may be heard from the local municipality services, especially on our lowest road facing floors.We sincerely lament reading that your stay was not as pleasant as it should have been and we would be very pleased to welcome you again in the future ensuring you in advance of our utmost commitment to make your next holiday experience an unforgettable oneFaithfully yours,

Relaxed and comfortable, best of both with pool and beachfront. Did change rooms as they hadn't put us in correct room that i booked with correct beds. That took a most of next day to sort out. But very beautiful and helpful staff generally.

A lovely old hotel right on the beach; was so nice! The staff was helpful, although they did not give us the proper location for the bus station which was a bit frustrating. They did separate our double twin beds for us open request. We thought we ordered a room with two beds and it was but the beds were pushed together with one sheet. They separated upon request. Beautiful water view!

First things, first. The staff was WONDERFUL. I have been told that the hotel will undergo a major renovation next winter...I hope so. But the main reason why we did not enjoy our stay was the noise. Its old construction but...the walls are very thin, the room which had a view of the sea, has a bar area directly below and immediately next to the bar there is a promenade, where millions of people walk by 24 hours a day. Not again, for us.

Cheap and cheerful. Nice location along beachfront , walkable to food options and main central area of roses. Aircon not very good, so room was very warm. Breakfast buffet average but did the job.
