Horrible. The place was closed and i was not notified. We arrived to find nobody insight. We asked a friendly neighbor nearby for help and she gave us a ride to the nearest rail station. This was a bad experience.

Couldn't reach the hotel to arrange a shuttle ... had to take a taxi. Got there only to discover that the Brooks is OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Great hotel

We arrived in Stockholm late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised at how caring the staff member Oliver was. He was friendly and ensured that we were taken good care of. The late evening meal was excellent. Oliver made sure to arrange an early breakfast plate was made up for us as we would be missing the regular breakfast. At 10 min from the airport this hotel is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered

I payed for additional bad in my room but room had only one double bad. My money expired. Transfer to airport don't work at day of our departure. I don't recommend this hotel nobody

Dear Nick. You booked a double room for two people, and we did our best and discounted a extrabed for you on your arrival. Our transfer took you to the airport, what do you mean that it didn´t work? Best regards frontdesk
