Absolutely ridiculous. We booked a 1 Bedroom Executive Apartment for 3 adults. The sofa used as third bed couldn't be called a bed in any scenario - rock hard, lumpy with metal bars, and so short that even the shortest adult couldn't fit without their feet hanging. There is no way this could be called a bed and still expect customers to pay.

I requested wheelchair accessible room the room was very spacious but the bathroom was small no rails near the toilet and the shower was very small and I could not shower. Somewhat disappointed. Luckily the stay was only one night.

Excellent location opposite Rosehill Racecourse with a pub down the road. Our room (room 1) was pretty noisy with being on main road and front gate opening and closing till all hours. Rooms down the back would be way quieter. Overall, I'd stay again.

Noisy environment. Left at 4:30 in the morning to get sleep. Music booming into room and industrial machinery from 3:30 onwards. Units and staff are great. Rooms and surrounding environment are noisy. Won't stay again unless heavily sedated.
