We arrived very late (1am) after driving 500 miles & paid $30 extra for a pet but got a good room.
however at 9am, the phone in the room was ringing non-stop. I was so upset that I went to the front desk & the AM manager lady was already cleaning up breakfast, wouldn’t let my husband eat, and denied calling rooms when she said it was “another guest.” Check out is 11… breakfast ends at 10 on Saturday. She was rude & snapped at me, “well I’m not calling & Im the only one here!” When 2 other housekeepers were in the same room.

Dear Jamaica,We are glad you got a good room. As stated to you when you came to the desk about someone calling the room. The GM was the only one here at the front desk and had not made a phone call to anyone all morning and had not transferred a call to anyone. She did state that someone in another room could be mistakenly calling the room. While she was cleaning up breakfast at 9:30 am if there was anything you would of liked to have everything is prepackaged and can be given at any time. We do not deny guests of any breakfast item during the morning. Our breakfast hours are Monday - Friday 6am-9 am and Saturday and Sunday 7 am-10 am. We are sorry that someone was calling the room that we are not aware of. We appreciate your business. Sincerely,Super 8 GM

The accessible shower did not have a shower curtain available so water travelled around bathroom floor even whjle being very cautious.
Need hooks on door for clothing while showering.
The beds were excellent and room quiet, staff very helpful.

I liked that the room was clean and spacious. We did not like the breakfast. Not much to choose from, no self make waffles, milk, eggs, meat, bisquits and gravy or bananas, instead had apples and oranges, bananas are a breakfast staple. All of which I thought they would have. If it's continental breakfast that should be stated online because then I would not have booked a room. Hot tub was not hot and jets barely blew.

This hotel was a good place to stay on my road trip with my granddaughter. It was clean and quiet. Would recommend.
