We Never Made it...but that's OK!
Posted 1 Apr 2024 on HotelsFor excellent reasons, we were unable to make it but that doesn't mean it was "this" or "that". I vouch for this hotel as the majority of hotels I've chosen for our trips were amazing! Perhaps in the future we'll try you again!

My first encounter with the desk clerk at 4am arrival on November 24th was very upsetting, he was rude and nasty.

This property is in disrepair since I was last there in 2014. During the hottest month in Rosario, the AC was not working. All the beddings and details in the room, seemed dated and grimy.
Aside from the front desk team, the remainder of the staff, particularly at the bar and the restaurant seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves, than taking food and drink
