"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Miason Lamartine, everyone was very nice and the location is excellent, many places to eat and shop. We were able to experience France and its culture. We recommend staying here if you are a foreigner and want to enjoy French culture. "

"The staff at Heliotel are the best: helpful, informative, professional, brand loyal and discreet. Check in was seamless and staff dealt with a few room issues well and fairly. Customer service must be their goal which is superb. From the cleaning staff to the front desk, the staff are superb. Over a decade of coming here for often long periods, the staff and service at Heliotel make my decision to return easy. The apartment in November was warm. My Internet went down but within an hour was fixed...

"The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. Nice Crown Plaza great choice!

"Wonderful hotel right by Nice Airport so very convenient for flying out in the morning. The gym on the 9th floor was an added bonus as well! The Hotel staff, bar and restaurant staff were super friendly, spoke multiple languages and provided great service and my dinner was delicious! I would stay here again if I was flying in/out of Nice early in morning or late at night and needed nearby hotel. "

first time in Nice

"we were originally given the wrong room but it was quickly resolved by the lovely lady at reception, amazing location, gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff! made our first time in Nice one to remember and we will definitely be back. The only thing i’d say is the air con not working so we opened the window but due to the street we were on (near the train station) it was extremely loud at night so struggled to sleep one night. Overall we loved our stay here and will be back "
