"Great stay. They moved me into another room as the lock on my door was faulty. However breakfast prepared food and coffee was always cold. Very noisy people in the passages."

"Paid in full via Hotels.com at booking ! Hotel maid me pay again and I lodged complain with Hotels.com!! Hotel admin is really bad news and they repaid me next morning. Horrible experience !!"

"Great stay. Exquisite property. Just sorry I couldnt stay longer. Everything exceptional except the wait for coffee in the morning, a good 30 min wait which needs serious improvement but otherwise nothing to fault. Great staff. Beautiful calm relaxing space."
