The desk staff was great and pleasant. Unfortunately my friend had to request new sheets due them being soiled with other bodily fluids. There was a hole in the overhang where you were picked up. The washer and dryer were out. Some guests were told they didn’t have extra towels. Then on the last day of our stay the elevator went down. Luckily the stairs weren’t too bad but it was an inconvenience nevertheless.

Dirty sheets with bodily fluid stains and hair on sheets upon checking in 10pm. I have video proof and shared with front desk who simply handed me new “cleaned sheets”. As no staff was there to clean room /change bedding. Next day tried to get new towels from male cleaner who said they didn’t have anymore clean towels and request with front desk had to be made for them. Old run down elevator out of order. Breakfast vending machine food. Get what u pay for!!!

Elevator did not work needed ice had to walk up to 2nd floor and I’m handy cappped,then got ready for bed time ran out of toilet paper called said I had to go to front desk to pick it up.last but not least pulled cover down and the sheets were not changed from last guest and were left with poop on them went to front desk they gave me new sheets and I had to change the bed myself not very happy

This property is in rough shape. Holes in the wall where shower rods were moved but not patched, an elevator that only worked some of the time and lots of worn spots in the carpets. The staff were .... ok ..... while nice enough when the problem crept up (like the first room we had not having been cleaned), or having to get the key card re-charged, there were other times that l was left scratching my head - like when the staff challenged me when I told them that the elevator wasn't working (for the record - it was broken). The price was inexpensive - even with that, I wouldn't suggest staying here.

Nice breakfast, convenient shuttle. Bed was super comfortable, no airport noise.
