"The hotel was wonderful. The cafe on the main floor was delicious and so convenient. The rooms were very spacious and very cute. The products in the rooms smelled wonderful (they should sell them!). "The beds were fine and all the pillows new. Kitchen small but adequately equipped. However it was on 2 floors with steep awkward winding stairs and the only loo wsd downstairs next to the kitchen so if you need to go during the night it's a real pain. "

"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"After booking three rooms I got an email asking for £150 deposit for each and I was a bit concerned. I then got a check in email and it only worked for one of the rooms. I emailed the hotel via Expedia and asked if we would need entrance codes and would there be anyone there to take a deposit. I never received a reply. I was thinking oh no what have I done!!! "The hotel was very nice. Good location being so close to Victoria Station and quite a few very good dining options. Would definitely stay here again. Only real downside is the bed is up against the window, so if you are traveling with a partner, one of you would have to climb over the other in the middle of the night - though that seems to be a theme in London"

Great stay!

"I usually stay at the Imperial, a sister hotel closed for renovations. So, this was the next best option. It was a great stay! I was on the 7th floor, the top wheee all the single rooms are. We had our own elevator, which made getting to and from the lobby a snap. The staff was ver helpful"

"We stayed in this hotel over the thanksgiving hotel. We arrived early but were not able to get an early check in, however, they held our bags and let us take a load off in the relaxation room in the spa. We had the family superior room and it was amazing. We had our own space but still were together in adjoining rooms. With the door open, we could speak across the rooms and go back and forth as we pleased. It was great for getting ready in the morning because we didn’t have to fight over the bathroom because we each had our own. This hotel is in a great area on the southbank and we were able to walk along the Thames to the various food vendors. There were taxis stationed out front at all times when you were ready to leave (except Sunday when we had to leave early for the airport) and also the hotel was close to the metro. Beautiful hotel with accommodating staff. Would stay here again. "

Fun, cool, modern hotel.

"Enjoyed my stay very much. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with so many options. The gym, big with cardio machines, weight machines, and dumbbells among other things. Great location, six minute walk to the tube, and train. Neighborhood also had lots to offer with pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and sites. Eco options if you wanted them for your room. I would stay there again, definitely!"
