Welcoming receptionist. Very kind and helpful with fluent English helped me with bus schedule. Much appreciated
Room simple clean and comfortable
Everything worked
Wifi reliable
Breakfast highly processed with packaging.
Nothing for a plant based diet but apples provided on request
And my plant based milk was heated for my coffee
Excellent value for money
Would stay again
Huge guard dog next door. Not hotels fault but dog owner should deal with incessant loud barking through the night

No breakfast, though paid for it
Posted 4 Jan 2020 on HotelsOn new year's eve only, guests were informed that there will be no breakfast on 1st January, an unpleasant and unsatisfactory information policy. Otherwise, it was an adequate place to stay.

We stayed here one night as we had a wedding at villa Madame. Hotel is basic but walking distance to genzano which is gorgeous. Staff friendly but speak v little English room clean and essential
