AVOID AT ALL COST. SERIOUSLY. The check in is a 15 minute walk away from the actual property, we didn't realize this. Had to take 3 total ubers to finally get the key and enter the property. The property has a poorly constructed elevator, where if the door isn't closed by other residents, you can't call it. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to close the elevator to call it back down. The property is badly managed, deteriorated, and dirty. On expedia it is advertised as a hotel, it is not. They advertise for 24/7 shuttle service to the airport, it doesn't exist. The thermastat for the room was broken, we sat in our sweat in 90 degree weather at night. The hot tub in the room was broken. Street construction surrounds this property, noisy, inconvenient. Condescending, rude, front desk. Acted like it was my fault that their expedia advertisements is false and misleading.

Very clean, 7 blocks long walk from check-in to the actual room. Could easily hear other guests.

The only thing I didn't like was that the actual rooms are not in the address that shows in their profile, so get ready to walk or grab a taxi once they give you the keys. The room was clean, modern, good, new, comfortable, and I personally recommend this place to stay in Rome.

Don’t Stay Here!

What a nightmare! We didn’t realize until we had booked that check in is at a hotel a 10 minute walk away. We arrived at the first location just before 2 pm check in. The clerk there told us to hurry to this hotel as the housekeeper was just finishing up and would wait for us. We got there at 2:10 and pushed the outside buzzer repeatedly with no response. The phone numbers on the listing and the card we picked up are not in service. I googled the website for the check in hotel and found the correct number. The clerk called the housekeeper and she came down and met us. She was not happy to see us as neither of the 2 rooms we had booked were ready. We are Canadian and speak and understand very little Italian. She speaks no English. She gave us our room keys so that we could drop off our luggage and sent us away. That part was ok as we wanted to explore Rome anyway. When when got back after dinner at 9 pm, we were locked out of our rooms. We were given 3 keys each, 4 were needed to get through The Fort Knox like set up to access the rooms. Apparently one of the doors should never be closed. There were other guests as well who had shut the door for which we had no key. We would have done the same because if we were instructed in Italian to leave that one open we did not understand. We were in the hall for an hour until someone from the other hotel came to let us in. We were awakened in the night by other guests who were also locked out and pounding on the door Don’t stay here!

There is no on site staff. Check in was difficult. You need to check in at a different hotel. I was aware of the procedure. Received email to go directly to my hotel to check in and to phone other hotel on my arrival. No one answered my call. Had to walk to other hotel to check in.

Everything was perfect, apart from a few minor things, water pressure was really low, so the hot tub took a long time to fill, the lights in the ceiling above the hot tub didn't work, and there was no toilet roll holder so it was stored on top of the radiator about 7 foot high, minor inconveniences, but they if they would have been addressed I'd rate it 5 star, great location, friendly staff and very clean,
