Dear guest, it is difficult for us to be able to contest the criticisms of our service from those customers, certainly very rare, who use the review as their own tool of retaliation for some lack of satisfaction for something to which they were not entitled.However, we always remain available to welcome comments useful for improving our services, continuing to give satisfaction to our customers, regular and new.

Angie did a wonderful job. She collected our $20 city tax, and helped us with info about catching the train. Very clean, convenient, and safe.

The room is spacious and clean, the check in process was a night mare arrived after 6pm I had a call from a lady over what’s up app guiding me of how to check in but was hard to understand her English also did not feel comfortable having to share pictures of my passport over what’s up app and not once did I meat anyone from the hotel in 4 days I was there.

Everything was good. Took awhile to finally reach someone to get the code to enter. Once we were in the lady gave us the wrong room. I was suppose to be in room 5 a more expensive room but got put in room 6 a much smaller and cheaper room. There should be a refund of the difference
