Our vacation home
Valeria and staff were accommodating for our large family and a baby. We had a late evening arrival and had been communicating to ensure a smooth check-in. She was available to prepare us breakfast and give us recommendations around Rome. The location was perfect for touring the colosseum. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the guesthouse. Very clean, convenient location. The check-out staff arrived late, which did not cause any issue in this occasion but could be problematic if we had a train/flight schedule. The price seems a bit too high.

My room looked nothing like the pictures on google nor Expedia. The showers were the worst. They’re tiny and there was an issue with the water leaking out even if it’s closed. The bathroom was always wet and messy. There was one corner that had dust bunnies. Other than that the staff were very nice. You can hear noises from other rooms such as vacuums and loud conversations. Will not return
