We love the hotel, location, the staff, the room was nice, however they need to add a normal roll of toilet paper instead of what they currently have a box with individual tissues, the WiFi needs improvement, everything else was fine.
Extra special recognition to Adrian and Mauro very attentive people.

Convenient location and staff are very kind.
Breakfast are delicious and staff are also kind.
It is quiet, so that we can get good night sleep.
This hotel feel like home and if I come back to Rome
I will stay this hotel.

A 'classic' type of hotel situated in a quiet street within walking distance of most of the main attractions, although Vatican City is a longer walk (about 50 minutes if you are average fitness). The welcome and all interaction with staff was warm and welcoming, including giving us access to the room before 11am, as we left quite early a breakfast box was supplied at no extra charge (B&B). The small bar was suitable and well stocked, breakfast was essentially 'continental' - but available 7.30 - 10.30 and there were abundant supplies. The room was clean and a good size for a reasonably priced double - only slight disappointment was the lack of coffee facilities within the room.
Overall a delightful stay and we would happily book again.

Best breakfast in Roma. Charming place with excellent staff. Service above and beyond from arranging transportation to dinner recommendations. Termini adjacent and easy walk to the sites east of the river. Good Wi-Fi and security. The pillows were very firm, but not impossible to get used to. Comfortable room overall.

Posted 8 Jun 2019 on HotelsOur first stay in Rome as we transited through Italy. The room was very small, too small for comfort and I would consider this the limiting factor. While the area it inhabits isn’t very touristy, you’ll find some great restaurants down the block. While the staff is friendly and the place well maintained, it may be too much of a bargain hotel.

Our room was extremely tired grubby and needs total refurbishing. Nothing like the photos on the website. No beverage making facilities in the room or available elsewhere breakfast not until 8.am. Clean breakfast room but food hardly adequate and boring. Only hot food was luke warm scrambled eggs and chopped up frankfurters. Fortunately the area around the hotel was good for dining.
