Staff are very friendly and helpful
Room cleaned daily if required
Clean rooms
Not very well insulted for noise within the hotel
No breakfast / dining facilities although dining room is shown on the hotel website which no longer exists needs to be removed

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and our water restocked. We were greeted each time we left or returned. All sites with the exception of the Vatican were within walking distance. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from!! There is a great cafe right on the corner owned by the nicest couple. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The toilet was so close to the wall, maybe two inches from the wall, very hard to use the toilet with the position of the toilet. If you are right handed, how do you wipe your butt? There is no room or space for your hand to reach you. We were so disappointed.

A very accommodating staff, our room is clean and spacious.Hotel location is accessible to nearby trains and tourists spots.Highly recommended 👍

Spacious unit, even for 4 adults to share.
Friendly and helpful staff who provided timely advice and suggestions.
Near transport options and can walk to attractions, shops & dining places.
