There were bed bugs that were not resolved after treatment. Would not return. Very difficult to access room. Difficult to access bathroom at the top of small metal spiral stairs. Difficult to shower in small tub with low ceiling.

Good morning Melissa, always thank you for being our guest.We found some wood spiders which were completely eradicated in two days, the strange weather of these months didn't help. The accesses are simple, both in the rooms and in the main part.You have only tried one of our many Suites and Apartments that we have, by the way, you have booked one of our most special and normally popular rooms.Regarding the ceilings, as ours is a historical building, they are more than 3.5 metres, the room in question is on two levels, all listed in the booking details.We will still be waiting for you to try more so that you will have a more accurate review of us, see you soon.

The staff was incredibly inviting and very friendly. Always willing to help in any way. This location and the accomodations were a good match for our family and met our needs. Thank you for having us!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and all were well versed in English. The coffee nook was a wonderful asset to have, too! Location to multiple sightseeing areas of Rome was top notch.

Best place to stay in Rome
Posted 23 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis was my third time staying at this hotel in Rome. :)
The hotel is in the best possible location and the staff are lovely (especially Daniel). I have stayed in 3 different rooms (A different one on every occasion) and they have all been lovely. The beds are really comfortable, the bathrooms are all super clean and well equipped.
The location is literally the best you will ever find in the centre of such a busy city such as Rome. :))
