This property was in a great location. We could easily walk to local stores, pastry shops, and restaurants, even with our 5 year old in tow. The property manager, Massimo, was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 for communication. I was able to reach out to him with any questions, and for recommendations. He gave clear, concise instructions on everything. The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a safe location. We will definitely recommend Skytower to friends.

The property is great and spacious. Host is the nicest guy I have ever met from similar bookings. There was one night we forgot our key inside the property. He came right away, at 9pm of the day, to save us. He is a pleasant man.

The apartment itself was very modern and beautiful! There was plenty of space for our family. The elevator worked great. The AC was good.
Unfortunately the washing mashine was broken but our host gave us access to the one in the basement. The dishwash wasnt working properly and one of the showerheads was broken which they repaired immendiatly. Our biggest concern was that in the advertisement for the property it states that there is a pool, sauna, spa services and the ability for guests to order breakfast. None of this was true. We chose this apartment mostly because of the pool which there were even pictures of. This was very disappointing. The host was more than helpful and very welcoming.

Regarding the pool, as I have already written to you on the Expedia website, I am very sorry for the misunderstanding but it is clearly written "nearby" and not "on site".
We are available to our customers, and we follow them from the moment of their booking, with e-mails, messages and advice of all kinds.
Expedia develops services to also report those that are in the vicinity of the complex, and we have done this (in fact the value of our profile is equal to 100, the maximum on Expedia).
But it is impossible, also due to the location and the municipal road where SkyTower is located, that there is a swimming pool in the complex.
However, I will immediately proceed to "ELIMINATE THAT PROBLEM", which did not depend on us.
Once again, Stephanie, I'm very sorry.

Massimo who checked us in was wonderful throughout our stay. He ensured the couple of times we needed it that we had transportation. He was very responsive to all of our requests. The apartment was well equipped with the basics including coffee!
The location itself has limitations. It's quite a ways from the center of Rome in a working class neighborhood. There aren't many options for dining. The grocery store is a long walk away. The metro and train station are accessible, but also a bit of a hike.

Regarding the LOCATION, all the major metropolises in the world need the metro to reach the many places to visit. SkyTower has the Tiburtina Station, with the Metro, just 5 minutes’ walk away. I think it's optimal.
FOR DISTRICT, on the large and long Tiburtina Street, there are Shopping Centers, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Pizzerias, Medium Surfaces specialised in Electronics, Home Furnishings, Clothing, etc., MC Donald's, Shops, Bars, Fast Food, Burger King, Pastry Shops, Ice Cream Shops, Banks and much more.
