This is a unique property right on the Spanish Steps. Our room was the Suite which had its own balcony looking over the steps about halfway up. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The only negative was the lack of an onsite restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was available at a slight discount directly across the Piazza di Spagna from the hotel, though this was mediocre

Fabulous boutique hotel. They even helped us to the taxi station with our luggage. Perfect location, room and service.

Beautiful property. Downside is taxi drop off. Since its located at the spanish steps. Be ready to walk from far specially if you have luggage. Views are amazing. Great staff and clean

Our balcony view looked right out at the Spanish steps! Absolutely amazing. Lovely rooms, elevators, restaurants, shopping. What more can you ask for?

Perfect location next to the Spanish Steps! Beautifully decorated suite with great staff. Views are spectacular, shopping unlimited and amazing restaurants! Walks to all historic sites enjoyable!

It was a nice boutique style hotel immediately beside the Spanish Steps. It was walkable to just about anywhere you’d like to go.

Posted 8 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe location and price cannot be beat. It’s not for everyone as it has a small elevator or steps which works great for us. The lady at checkin was very thorough and helpful. Our room was larger than expected and was very clean. It is tricky to find unless you read their directions carefully which we did and had no issues. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
