The staff is excellent, very professional, and I loved the woman spoke English, and was so excellent in communication. The only downside is the way the property is shown in pictures and verbally called 'luxury rooms." The room we stayed in was very nice, but too small for a luxury room.

Was visiting my daughter who is studying abroad and she was literally down the block from here. Awesome view, everything was clean, quiet. And they have a ride to FCO if needed(xtra charge) totally worth it!
Staff was nice too! Room is located on the 5th floor - elevator is there.
Would definitely stay there again!

Staff was amazing, clean and very safe. There were so many places to shop and eat near by. Taxi and metro were an easy walk. The hotel only had 5 or 6 rooms in total. You could walk up the stairs to the fifth floor or take the coolest antique, but very safe elevator.

The room (single) was always very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my first visit to Rome a wonderful experience. Thank you.
