A modern property which gave us easy access to be in and out of the building.

This is NOT a Hotel, but a guest house, staff will not be reachable after 7pm if you need something. Entry card did not work on my last night’s stay, staff lack of response was completely unacceptable.

Lavinia-the receptionist was rude, instead of greeting us like Good evening/ Ciao, how can I help you... she greeted us " what's your confirmation number? with unpleasant tone of voice...

I really appreciated the great customer service this facility offered. Lavinia, Mary and staff were responsive to questions and communication prior to an early arrival. Lavinia shared tips on getting around and restaurants. Staff were hospitable. I will stay there again if I return to Rome.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and there was clean cold and hot water available all the time. The room was very clean but I noticed some ants by the window. I made sure that my suitcases are away from the window.

Bigger room and bathroom than Casa Santa Sofia hotel we stayed in first leg of our trip.
