Nice big room perfectly appointed- best location to reach all Roman attractions on foot - the hotel crew was very helpful and friendly which really helped maximize my days - the owners of this hotel are in attendance and they care about their guests.

Extremely well located and very well run. Not luxurious but entirely workable, comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms. Great value for the money.

Dear Gregory, Thank you for taking the time to share your personal experience.You booked a lastminute reservation and it was a lovely Deluxe Room, last room available so it was clear that upgrade was not possible.Most probably you didnot read about our location, street, number or didnot see the picture of our entrance, moreover about our Reception hours.Unfortunately this is common on lastminute reservations, many important details are missed.We organized a last minute late check in with cost ( as it is written in the page) and a member of our team came back exclusively to welcome you.This morning, we chatted and did prepare coffee for you together with other guests.We are sorry you remained unsatisfied however, we are certain of the type of property we have and of the first class hospitality we offer.Kind regards,

Great location! Friendly and helpful front desk staff, easy check in/out. Daily housekeeping. Would definitely recommend.
Didn’t ask for vip services /upgrade, so no expectations by not being offered.
Happy with our room. 2 adults from NZ.
Would love to return some day.

Very helpful staff. They provided a list of restaurants and bars. Great location walkable to all touristy places
