The property contacted me and offered to send a car for me at the airport. All I needed to do was provide my flight number and date as well as my phone number. I did so immediately. I requested confirmation on four different locations and was completely ignored and no car was there to pick us up However, several days later, we had hired a car service to take us to the port to our cruise ship, and the car broke down. The hotel was kind enough to make other arrangements for us so that we got there in a timely manner

Very good convenient location, bus, metro, free shuttle to Spanish steps, fast easy check in and check out, Yuri answered all questions we had. special comment for Restaurant :staff nice, Food delicious, view amazing. We definitely will come back.

Not happy with the beds I requested 2 queen size bed we got a roll over bed which very very uncomfortable to sleep If you look at my request through you i paid for 2 queen size.
