We absolutely loved our stay at Princeps Boutique Hotel. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel — fresh, delicious, and with great variety every morning. Everything was immaculate. Staff was friendly. Great location to coliseum and ruins. Easy to get to train station. Pillows were wonderful memory foam. Mattress was a bit too firm for us. Room was spacious. Loved you could open windows.

Staff was so helpful and accommodating and the property is very clean and attractive. Breakfast was included and it was one of the better breakfast buffets we’ve had. It is conveniently located and in walking distance to many sites (17 min. walk to the Coliseum). Highly recommend a stay here!

This is a beautiful property and the staff go over and above to ensure you have an amazing stay. I felt safe and there are delicious restaurants within walking distance. The in-room amenities are great, and the buffet breakfast is excellent!
