Dear Mrs Jessica, thank you so much for having chosen our property for your stay in Rome and for your feedback . I tried to personally contact you to discuss in details but unfortunately I am still waiting for you to recall me at your earliest convenience. Regarding our completed renovated rooms , please consider that we offer a large choice of rooms categories with an average size which is very appreciated from all our guests comparing to other properties in Rome. I am a really surprised also to read some uncorrect information provided regarding our services that we daily offered to our valuable guests. Of course we have housekeeping service available all day long including turn down service. We also have 24 hours front office and concierge desk available and unfortunately i could not find any note regarding any issue reported by you during your stay as the missing turn down service or requests not followed by the Guest service agents who daily received many compliments for the top notch service offered to all our valuable guests as well issues which the shower and Ac in your room. All rooms are daily inspected by our maintenance and Houseeking manager. Please be assured we really take in great consideration any feedback to improve the quality of service provided to our beloved guests but in this case we were not aware of any issue mentioned even if we daily check with all our guests during their stay each aspect to enhance their experience or to recover any issue which could happen and that we immediately try to resolve. I remain at your full disposal if your wish to discuss which detailed and specific examples in order to make a further investigation.
