Location wise it’s poor. Room is very small and basic, not even tumbler for teeth brushing . Room Is clean though. Staffs speak good English

I stayed for 3 nights. On the second morning, I woke up to a dozen ants in my bed. I told front desk. When the cleaner came, she left the sheets on and just made the bed. I had to pull sheets back and show her the stains from the dead ants Impossible to control the thermostat. When the temperature in the room reached 28C, I called front desk. Maintenance arrived shortly after, did something to the thermostat and then left. Bottom line, the AC did not work. The fan was running and making noise, but that was it.

The property was good and breakfast was good. However, the air-conditioning didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. Apparently the air conditioning hasn’t been working for the whole building because they shut it off because the temperature outside was already cooler? Not in our room.

The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful so I'd stay here again if i need to stay closer to the airport. By the way, i lost my phone and they quickly return it to me once i reported and promised to keep an eye for my glasses, so, if you guys are reading this and found my glasses, let me know please 🙏 😊

I don’t know if this is just a European thing or not, but you’re just not really given any information about the facility when you check in. They just give you your key card, tell you what room you’re in and that’s it. You just have to figure out the rest, which is fine, but I also find the staff feel inconvenienced when you do ask questions. I am speaking specifically about the front desk staff. The cleaning staff were so pleasant and the one staff member interacted with at the breakfast area was very pleasant. Again, it could just be a culture difference that I’m not used to and am making an unjust judgement.
