Sept 2024- we stayed in the apartment with balcony. The room was spacious for Italian standards and was well designed and very clean. Typical of most Italian places the route to the get to the room from the elevator was interesting and you had to weave around up and down steps with the luggage. Loved having a washer in our room and a balcony though the view is not appealing. It is very loud and you hear police and ambulances all night but you are in the center of Rome. Was impressed with all the little extras they thought of like ear plugs laundry detergent etc. there is no one onsite so that can be challenging if you have a problem but they were very responsive via messaging. I loved being so central to everything to walk.

This was a very fun place to stay. Everything is self service and very easy to work with. The apartment was so spacious and had everything. There’s a common space with washer and dryer and extra toiletries/clean towels for your needs. Felt secure.

Absolute perfect location! Perfect size and very clean. We walked the entirety of Rome and this was near so many historical monuments. Checkin was super easy! I would highly recommend!

Very different than any hotel I've ever stayed at. But it was very cool and clean. They also provided earplugs which was thoughtful since it's located a loud and high traffic area.
Location was very convenient and walkable. Trevi Fountain was 7min walk, and colosseum was 15min walk. Great restaurants nearby (even non-tourist trap ones)

Building is oddly shaped. Everything needs to be accessed via the central elevator on the main floor, which makes it inconvenient when there is a lot of foot traffic in the building. Not recommended for large groups, only couples or small families. Rooms were clean and tidy. Check in process has its limits as there were no live staff on-site to troubleshoot issues. One communal dryer was available - if washing clothing, plan to hang dry them.
