The shower was so small that you could hardly move. You can hear almost everything from the adjacent rooms. The staff are not friendly and the front desk manager should not be in the hospitality business. He is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I had asked for a wake up call on the day of my flight which I never received. The front desk guy was looking at me like I have asked him a rocket science question. Will never stay here again. You cannot get a good night sleep.
The breakfast is good and the staff at breakfast are very nice. The hotel is close to colosseum but sadly so many homeless around the hotel. I would certainly look at other choices. The hotel manager, she is very understanding but her hands are tight. The cleaning crew are absolutely wonderful but the hotel needs a major renovation.

Dearest Scott, I am sorry to read this comment because I must dispute everything you have written. You had booked a double room and you got what you booked, among other things without breakfast (which you pretended to get for free at the hotel, while we came to your aid by giving you a discount). You She says she was not asleep, accusing the adjoining rooms that were literally asleep when we called (so the noises she pointed out are not known where they came from, since she is the only one who heard them). At least I note that she wrote positively about house keeping and the staff in the breakfast room.But I don't think it's fair to discredit the work of those who really do it for passion when we don't get what we want .. it's simple fairness.Anyway thanks a lot for your comment .Regards

It was a nice quiet hotel, older, but clean and neat. Staff helpful and friendly. Not in the heart of things, but was walkable. 15 mins from Colliseum.
