It's hard to find (its in a courtyard with no signage on the street outside). None of the taxi or uber drivers were familiar with the locations. That being said, it was a great value aand location.

The staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful! Quiet hotel. Clean and good shower/bathroom. The location is central to multiple attractions but it is not close to the metro (train) so you may have to take the taxi (especially if you are traveling with an elderly tourist. Overall, a really good stay and good value for the money. Thank you!

Excellent location as I was able to walk to all the sites. It’s situated in a quiet courtyard away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were welcoming, friendly and able to answer my questions. The room was tidy and clean, although the shower on occasions lost hot water a couple of times. Breakfast was simple so more variety would be welcome.

The stay was great. The hotel is well located. The rooms are nice but the only issue with the room is that there is no desk so nowhere to put our clothes. We almost didn’t unpack so this was uncomfortable.

Great location if you want to be near the Trastevere neighbourhood. Hotel is a little difficult to find, in a car park in a laneway. Staff did their job but did not feel warm and welcomed. Basic hotel but great location.

We stayed at this hotel for seven days as part of our three week honeymoon. The hotel was situated in a secure parking area which is difficult to find if you’re not taking a cab or using Google Maps, but also makes it a safe and quiet area. The staff were friendly, helpful and multilingual and there was front desk staff 24-7 The location is a short walk to Trastevere with dozens of beautiful little shops and restaurants, and also a short walk to both the Campo de Fiori and the Piazza Navona. There is also a Speed Queen laundromat right around the corner which we used twice. The room we had a was a decent size for Europe. The bathroom was small but well equipped. The rooms are definitely not soundproof as we could hear doors opening and closing and noise from other rooms. Also the door handle was completely broken and hanging by a thread, necessitating brute force to open the doors. It was never fixed. There was a mini fridge but it was not useable because it was stocked with food and drink you had to pay for. We mentioned to hotel staff that we were staying there on our honeymoon but we didn’t receive anything special as a result which was a bit of a disappointment. On the whole the hotel was nice and well situated and we had a pleasant experience

Strict policy about getting into the room until a certain time even if it’s ready. There is no lobby. No comfortable place to wait 3 hours! You should let people know there is no lobby.

Property was initially a little bit hard to find, as it's located inside a courtyard, but once you are in, everything is good. The staff are super kind and helpful. We arrived many hours before check in and they kept our luggage and brought everything in our room once it was ready. The room was super clean, mattress and pillows are super soft and comfortable. The location of this hotel is honestly amazing, it was super easy for us to walk the city. Of course we were a bit short when we left, and we had big luggages so it was more convenient to go to the Termini by taxi (mostly because almost all roads and sidewalks are made of square stones, otherwise it would have been walkable) the kind woman at the front desk called it for us. We had an amazing time in Rome and in this hotel which is very close to so many incredibly good restaurants. The price for 5 nights was very good. The only downside was the noise, but it's not directly related to the hotel but rather because there are imbeciles everywhere on this planet. First night we had r3t4rds who came in the middle of the night letting their f-ing baby scream for hours as if it had some batteries and they were waiting for them to finally run out; next night we had people in the apartment above us who partied until 3am; so we went and bought ear plugs the next day and we were again able to sleep the next night. So overall this hotel is highly recommendable. We were a bit unlucky with noise but again, this isn't the hotel's fault.

This hotel was extremely clean. In the few days that we stayed there was number of different people at the reception that we saw and every single one of them was lovely. Id highly recommend this hotel its close to every sight and great restaurants.
