The owners are so friendly and helpful, greet you with maps and tips on where to go. A great kosher breakfast is included with coffee, cold water and snacks available all day. It is close to a metro stop and walkable to many sites. Near 2 shuls and chabbad and a few kosher restaurants. I highly recommend The Home in Rome for any kosher travelers.

Home away from home but better!
Posted 26 May 2019 on HotelsEnjoyed my stay here tremendously, The service is pleasant and top notch, the rooms are spacious, well maintained, beautifully and appropriately decorated , super clean (spotless- even under the beds) the beds comfortable, the linen clearly fresh, the breakfast was amazing, there is a computer and printer available, even local guide books and they were full of helpful tips to get the most of our vacation. The place was easy to find, the elevator convenient, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, the area was quiet at night so we slept well but conveniently located. We were given clear instructions to help us find anything we needed. Wifi was consistent and everything worked well. I highly recommend this establishment. Wish I can find a place like there everywhere :-)

We loved our stay! Very homey. Great service. Nice location in the Jewish community, very close to shul and Chabad. We loved spending Shabbat there and wasn’t far to bus to Jewish ghetto and main tourist attractions.

Really close to metro station and spacious room
Posted 29 Sep 2017Hotel close to station, air conditioning in the room, basic breakfast. Not sure about quality of cleanliness. Room was spacious. Staff was nice and helpful.

Pros: Good location, clean, nice staff
Cons: More breakfast options like pancakes
Location: Location is very close to Metro station, easy to go to center and tourist attractions.
The hotel is very close to the Metro station, 2 min by walking. The place is clean and safe. Nice location, nice community. Very helpful staff and management.
