It is located in a suburban area. There are good walking trails and good restaurants.
The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia!
The communication by the staff is quite vague by what to use and how to use it!

Mosquitoes
Posted 27 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe mosquitoes in Rome were horrendous- but I killed 36 mosquitoes INSIDE the room as well. Was absolutely unbearable.
The staff did try to accommodate; they sprayed the room but it made zero difference.

Good value budget hotel, in what appeared to this non-Italian, a working class neighborhood. Conveniently close to Fiumicino.

Nice hotel
Posted 24 Sep 2017Nice hotel at the outskirts od Rome, walking distance to very good restaurants and public bus to take you to the subway and on to Rome. The fare is euro 1.50 as opposed to 50 if you take taxi and it takes over one hour to get to the city either way. Room at the residence was spacious and clean but smelled funny. Every room has a kitchenette and a small balcony. Good breakfast

Posted 27 Jul 2017 on HotelsThe room exceeded expectations - would be a great place for a longer stay but we were only there one night. Free onsite parking is a plus. The one drawback is that the hotel is fairly remote. Good and affordable place to stay outside of Rome near the airport.
