The hotel was dated and in need of renovation. However the staff was very attentive and great. Elisa was a big help to me !

The toilet was not working and it took some time for the hotel to fix it.
However, the location of the hotel is very close to the train station with easy transportation access

The staff is excellent, the safety is excellent, the breakfast options and quality are excellent, and the location is very good. The general rooms are small. And the rooms and amenities could use more updating. Overall it is a little pricey.

The hotel is near the major train station and is walkable to the major attractions. The air conditioning is great and there are a few excellent local restaurants nearby.

Reception lady was so kind and helpful. Aircon worked great in the room. Room was clean.
