Looking for that ideally located place, convenient to most major attractions, then this is the place to stay. Clean, great staff, best breakfast and quiet ambiance amid the crowds.

Nice location, geographically located in the middle of all famous seeing sites, walking distance to all. But the room quality is below Motel 6. Our room says located on fifth floor, the elevator goes only to 3rd floor. We have to walk up to 4th floor and again walk down one floor below on another stairs. The room is only one half of an original layout, leaving a few centimeters between the bed end and the wall. One has to climb over another to get to his/her sleeping position inside the bed. Believe it or not, there is not even any room for suitcases if you have more than one. Furniture is century old, dusty and smelly, the floor is disgusting. If there was a fire, occupants would go with the fire. The cost per night is much more than Ritz Carlton in the states. This place reflects very negatively the image of Rome.

Dear Mr. Joe,We are sorry that you did not feel comfortable during your stay. It is very strange, however, that you did not make any complaints to the concierge during your stay. It seems strange to us that a person would stay for four nights without making any complaints if they were not happy. Having said this, it should be specified that you stayed in an ancient building from the 1600s in the historic center next to the Pantheon built in 27 BC! Comparisons with other American structures seem absolutely out of place given the historical context in which you find yourself! The rooms were completely renovated in 2023 with quality goods such as the VERSACE bathroom! Furthermore, on the side of the corridor where you stayed there is an emergency exit that leads to the stairs! Why do you have to say things that don't correspond to the reality of the facts? The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day by our staff and what you call smell is that of the ancient wood of the ceiling but it is pleasant! It's not a stink! Honestly, finding comments like yours makes us very sad because they don't correspond to the reality of the facts. If you wasn't comfortable on the fifth floor, why didn't he ask to be changed on the lower floors? Your opinion is somewhat denigrating and thank God it does not correspond to that left by our other guests. We are very indignant. Very nice, clean, sleek-looking place that provides you with many necessities for a comfortable stay, also right next to the pantheon. It’s walking distance to the trevi fountain and many shopping, dining, and landmark places.

This place was fabulous! The parking was the only issue as there is not direct parking on site and was a little difficult for us to find the entrance but the owner personally met us and drove our car to the parking area! He offered us a trolly to bring our luggage’s and was genuinely the nicest! The room was beautiful, clean, we had the suite which fit 6 of our family. Breakfast was great! And a 2 minute walk to the Pantheon! Made our trip wonderful .
