Location is great! Very walkable to lots of must see sights. The hotel staff from front desk to the server at breakfast were really friendly and helpful. I would say the rooms are a little small and the layout is kind of wacky but if you don’t plan to stay inside your room all day long then you are fine. There is a bar and multiple sitting area.

This hotel charged a huge rate for a terrible room that wasn't reflective of the photo's it showed on Expedia. The towels were threadbare, the pillows were FLAT and worn out and the mattress was hard as a rock. The water in the shower was barely warm and the room looked out at a wall and hard garbage trucks come by at 7am each morning. Location is good. It's NOT a 4 star hotel!!! Expedia doesn't care that the place misrepresents its rooms!!!

The rooms were so comfortable and the rooftop was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful with helping to book transportation when we needed it and had wonderful recommendations during our stay. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Staff were great & very helpful.............please check your shower floor pans, they become VERY slippery when using soap, shampoo & conditioner gets on floor

Great location, clean, updated rooms. Walkable to all the major sites: Colleseum, Pantheon, Trevi, Trastevere and Vatican.
