Hotels location is perfect near termini and surrounded by great places to eat; close to great sites to see; Staff was very friendly and they make their bedt effort to satisfy your needs. Only observation is that they should do more preventive maintenance in the room ie: bed gad a hole at center, heater didnt heat; chair top dirty from long time use; shower doors didnt block water from splashing floor; toilet flush buttom protector falling down when used.

the property was in a shared building with other companies, which i thought was interesting. the staff was all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and i loved that. the only thing i disliked was that we had trouble locking the bathroom door in our room. the hotel had an old school feel to it, and we received a small breakfast via room service each morning
